Ossuary Gate: The City That Files Its Dead
A downloadable game
Ossuary Gate is a system-agnostic TTRPG pack set inside a walled city that files its dead instead of burying them. Every soul is assigned a Vault, weighed, taxed, and stored in bone beneath the streets, and between four thousand and nine thousand citizens now live outside the gate as the legally dead.
- 3 locations: the Chancery of Interments, the Marrow Deep Ossuary Archive, and the Gatehouse and the Unfiled Camp
- 4 NPCs: each with appearance, flaw, three layered secrets with distinct discovery paths, paid quests, a 20-row mannerism table and a dialogue table
- 2 d20 tables: 20 encounters with complications and a toll schedule, plus 20 priced trinkets from 10 cp to 500 gp
System-agnostic: every stat is a single plain-language line, ready to drop into any d20 ruleset from OSR to modern. Includes a full overview with five factions, five campaign hooks, the Rule of the Gate, and a how-to-use guide with a beat sheet and DC guidance.
